S11 (Improved Type) Carbide Drawing Die for Metal Wire

Introduction

Improved S11 tungsten carbide drawing dies for ferrous metal wires are tools commonly used in metalworking process. They can reduce the cross section of ferrous metal wires by pulling wires through draw plates. Carbide dies are widely applied in production of electrical wires, cables, structural components, springs, paper clips, spokes for wheels, stringed musical instruments, etc. Generally, drawing process is performed at room temperature, so, it is classified as cold working process. But improved S11 tungsten carbide drawing dies for ferrous metal wires may also use elevated temperatures to draw large-diameter wires.

Features

1. With good erosion resistance, carbide dies show great performance when performing wet drawing (wet drawing means dies and wires are completely immersed in the lubricant).
2. Improved S11 tungsten carbide drawing dies for ferrous metal wires can reduce cross section into diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 12 mm.
3. We can manufacture custom drawing dies according to parameters provided by clients. Besides, multi-wire dies are also provided by us.
4. Carbide dies are featured by long working life, superior strength, great toughness, high wear resistance, good thermal conductivity, etc.

Notes and Delivery

1. Before choosing right improved S11 tungsten carbide drawing dies for ferrous metal wires, please tell us what metal materials are to be stretched, or tell us particular parameters you want.
2. As to custom wire drawing dies, if you provide physical prototypes to us, we can manufacture specific dies in 15 days. But if there is no physical prototypes, 25 days are needed for manufacturing.
3. Carbide dies are packaged with fiber board cases if delivered by sea, and packaged with cartons if by air.
4. Improved S11 tungsten carbide drawing dies for ferrous metal wires are paid by T/T or L/C.
