LV Type Carbide Drawing Die for Metal Wire

Introduction

LV cemented carbide die for drawing ferrous metal is used to pull large-diameter ferrous metal wires into thinner ones. It reduces the cross-section of metal wires by pulling wires though draw plate. Cemented carbide wire drawing dies are commonly used in steel industry and iron industry.

Features

1. Diameter of drawn wires ranges from 0.2 mm to 12 mm.
2. We can manufacture custom LV cemented carbide die for drawing ferrous metal according to design drawings provided by customers.
3. Our cemented carbide wire drawing dies feature good wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high accuracy, long working life and high cost performance ratio.

Notes and Delivery

1. Let us know what metal materials you will use the drawing die to stretch, and what drawing die model you want, then, we can choose the right LV cemented carbide die for drawing ferrous metal.
2. As to custom drawing dies, 15 days are needed to manufacture with a given physical prototype. Without a physical prototype (with only design drawing), 25 days are needed.
3. Cargos are placed in fiber board cases by sea, or in cartons by air.
4. LV cemented carbide die for drawing ferrous metal is paid by T/T or L/C.
