LSV Wire Die for Steel Cord

Introduction

LSV hard alloy wire drawing dies for steel cords are used to stretch steel wires into thinner cords by pulling wires through draw plates. Drawing is usually performed at room temperature, but sometimes tungsten carbide wire drawing dies have to work at high temperature when stretching large steel wires.

1. We provide various types of drawing dies as options. Besides, custom products can be manufactured in accordance with specific design drawings.
2. LSV hard alloy wire drawing dies for steel cords are featured by good wire surface finishing, superior wear resistance and high cost performance.
3. Top low-pressure sintering technology is applied in manufacturing process of tungsten carbide wire drawing dies, which maintains favorable features of tungsten and improves other performance by additional 1/4.
4. High-purity cobalt powder is added to exert strong toughness.

Notes and Delivery

1. Let us know your desirable widia drawing dies for non-ferrous metal wires, or tell us what metal materials are to stretch. Then, we can choose right types for you.
2. As to custom widia wire drawing dies, we can manufacture specific products in 15 days if you offer physical prototypes. But if there is no physical prototype for reference, 25 days are needed.
3. Cargos are delivered by sea or by air, and respectively packaged with fiber board cases or cartons.
4. Payment way is T/T or L/C.
