Description

Tungsten carbide peeling dies have different specifications, such as round, square, hexagonal, deltoid and other custom shapes. They are broadly used to peel off the copper rods and tubes as well as other kinds of metal tubes and bars. The main characteristic of the tungsten carbide peeling mould is wear-resisting ability, which is dozens of times of the common steel moulds. In order to meet different needs of various customers, our tungsten carbide peeling dies adopt superior quality original tungsten steel as the mold core, with the characteristics of high hardness, good heat conducting property, small coefficient of friction, strong resistance to corrosion and high temperature resistance. Tungsten carbide peeling dies are suitable for drawing all kinds of metal wires, steel tubes, copper tubes and ferrous metal. Additionally, our tungsten carbide peeling mould can be used for drawing large size wires and the situations with poor drawing conditions.

Delivery

The production time of the tungsten carbide peeling dies is 15 days with moulds, if there is no mould, it needs 25 days.

Packaging

Our tungsten carbide peeling moulds adopt standard packaging. We choose fiber board case for sea transportation and carton box for air transportation.

Payment

You can pay the tungsten carbide peeling dies by T/T and L/C.
