They are widely used in metalworking process and at room temperature. But sometimes, they are performed at elevated temperature when drawing large rods. Cemented carbide drawing dies for rods are commonly applied in steel industry, metal industry, electronics industry, etc. We offer several types of products to customers, including S13, LE, S41, S42, S60, etc.
Features1. In S13 tungsten carbide drawing dies for rods, maximum external diameter is 250 mm, diameter of sizing area ranges from 4.0 mm to 92.5 mm.
2. In LE type, maximum external diameter is 120 mm. Diameter of sizing area is 5.0 mm to 60 mm.
3. Cemented carbide drawing dies for square rods have maximum diameter of 120 mm. Diameter of sizing area ranges from 1.8 mm to 55 mm.
4. Maximum diameter of S41 cemented carbide rod drawing dies is 60 mm.
5. S42 tungsten carbide drawing dies for rods can be manufactured by parameters provided by customers.
6. Maximum external diameter of S60 drawing dies is 120 mm.
7. Tungsten carbide drawing dies feature fast drawing process, high thermal conductivity, superior erosion resistance, long working life and high cost performance ratio.
8. Good wear resistance assures high accuracy in continuous working process.
