S30 Carbide Drawing Die for Plugs

Introduction

S30 cemented carbide drawing die for mandrel is widely used in reducing size of metal mandrels. It is utilized in metalworking process. Tungsten carbide drawing dies for plugs are mainly made from rare microcrystal carbides and cobalt powder binder. Treated with low-pressure sintering, they show advantageous features of tungsten. Besides, other advantageous performances are increased by 1/4.

Notes and Delivery

1. Before purchase, tell us your desirable tungsten carbide drawing dies for plugs, and what metal materials are to stretch.
2. 15 days are needed to manufacture custom cemented carbide drawing die for mandrel if you provide physical prototype for reference. Otherwise, 25 days are needed.
3. Cargoes are packaged with fiber board cases if they are delivered by ship, and with cartons if delivered by air.
4. Payment is through T/T or L/C.
